Head of Processing

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Head of Processing to lead the immigration case processing department. The candidate must ensure high quality file handling, timely processing, compliance and reduced client complaints.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete processing department
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant case processing
• Reduce errors, delays, refunds and client complaints
• Monitor turnaround time and file quality standards
• Coordinate with sales, operations and management
• Prepare and implement processing SOPs
• Supervise, train and performance manage processing staff
• Handle escalated and high priority cases
• Maintain documentation accuracy and audit readiness
• Submit regular processing performance reports

Education & Requirements

• Master’s degree/ Law graduate required
• Minimum 8–10 years experience in immigration processing / case management
• At least 3–5 years in supervisory or team leading role
• Strong knowledge of immigration documentation and workflows
• Excellent coordination and people management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
• Detail oriented, process driven and client focused

Preferred

• Experience in study, visit, work, Citizenship or PR related cases
• Prior experience in immigration consultancy / law firm
• Exposure to quality control and compliance systems
