Head of Procurement

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a global F&B leader to find a Head of****Procurement for their newly created regional role covering Hong Kong, Singapore, and SEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of across HK and Singapore
• Drive direct & indirect procurement
• Execute end-to-end category management - tenders, negotiations, supplier relationships
• Build regional supplier networks and drive cost optimisation
• Embed ESG & sustainability into procurement decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, culinary, and finance teams
• Shape procurement governance and process improvement post-restructuring

Who We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 10+ years in procurement / strategic sourcing
• Proven team leadership
• Strong execution mindset - daily tenders, negotiations, supplier management
• Experience managing both direct & indirect spend
• Regional exposure - HK, Singapore, or broader SEA
• Excellent stakeholder influence and communication skills

Nice-to-Haves:

• FMCG, retail, hospitality, or foodservice background
• ESG / sustainability experience
• Procurement system implementation (SAP, Oracle, D365)
