Head of Program Management Office

As the Head of Program Management Office , you will lead the function responsible for translating strategic priorities into a clear, governed, and executable portfolio of initiatives. You will partner closely with executive leadership to drive prioritization, investment governance, cross-functional alignment, and organizational accountability, ensuring that resources are focused on the initiatives that create the greatest business impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead DAVI's enterprise-wide program management and governance framework, ensuring projects are proposed, evaluated, prioritized, and approved consistently across the organization.
• Partner with the CEO, CCO, and functional leaders to translate strategic priorities into funded and sequenced execution roadmaps.
• Maintain a single, consolidated view of all active, planned, and deferred initiatives, including business impact, dependencies, resource requirements, and risks.
• Establish and enforce standards for business cases, including investment rationale, financial analysis, ROI assessment, and resource planning.
• Challenge and validate strategic initiatives before leadership approval, ensuring decisions are driven by evidence and business value.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Business, Product, Technology, Data, and Operations teams to proactively manage dependencies and delivery risks.
• Develop executive-level dashboards, portfolio reviews, and decision-making reports that provide transparency into initiative performance and organizational capacity.
• Lead portfolio reviews with senior leadership, proactively escalating risks, trade-offs, and recommendations.
• Oversee business analysis and requirements governance to ensure initiatives are clearly defined before execution resources are committed.
• Continuously improve PMO tools, processes, governance frameworks, and organizational capabilities to support DAVI's growth and transformation journey.

What We're Looking For

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Portfolio Management, Strategy Execution, Business Planning, PMO Leadership, or Chief of Staff functions.
• Proven experience managing complex portfolios consisting of multiple concurrent strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs.
• Strong expertise in business case development, financial modeling, ROI evaluation, and investment governance.
• Experience designing and operating project or program governance frameworks, prioritization methodologies, stage-gate processes, and executive portfolio reviews.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders, facilitate prioritization decisions, and navigate competing organizational priorities.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Experience working within technology, digital, platform, data, loyalty, fintech, or high-growth environments is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability and alignment without direct authority.
