We are looking to connect with senior professionals who have built their careers leading high-value residential developments, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and driving projects from concept through successful delivery.

Ideal Background

✅ Strong Civil Engineering background

✅ 15+ years of experience in project leadership roles

✅ Proven experience delivering high-rise residential developments, preferably G+40 and above

✅ Exposure to developer, PMC, or large-scale construction environments

✅ Ability to manage consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams

✅ Strong commercial awareness with ownership of project timelines, budgets, quality, and execution

• Steering complex developments from planning through completion

• Building alignment across internal and external stakeholders

• Driving construction excellence while maintaining schedule and cost objectives

• Leading teams in fast-paced, large-scale project environments
