💼 Experience: 15–25 Years
🏭 Industry: Filtration / Filter Manufacturing
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in R&D, filter design and new product development.
- Hands-on expertise in commercial vehicle, off-highway, construction equipment and hydraulic filtration.
- Experience in RFQs, prototyping, product testing, validation and OEM approvals.
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans and 8D.
- Experience in benchmarking, reverse engineering, root-cause analysis and quality improvement.
- Ability to independently manage the complete product development cycle, from RFQ to production approval.
- Wind turbine filtration experience is an added advantage.
