Head of SCM / (SCM Strategy & Cost Management) | Leading Supply Chain Transformation for a Fast-Growing EC × Brand Business Job Responsibilities Position Overview

As the Head of Supply Chain Management , you will oversee and optimize the entire supply chain function across a growing portfolio of in-house brands.

Currently, individual brand teams manage day-to-day operations independently. As the business continues to expand, the company is building a centralized SCM organization to improve operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, cost management, and scalability.

This role will lead SCM strategy development, process improvement, system implementation, and operational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SCM Operations for Domestic Sales Business
• Build and manage inventory control frameworks
• Develop demand forecasting and purchasing processes
• Oversee logistics partners and overseas logistics operations
• Establish and improve inventory closing, stocktaking, and cost management processes
• Improve supply chain visibility and operational efficiency
• Supply Chain Integration for M&A Brands
• Lead post-M&A inventory assessment and cost analysis
• Analyze and standardize procurement, logistics, and distribution processes
• Drive integration of acquired brands into the company's SCM framework
• Coordinate with brand owners and internal stakeholders
• SCM Optimization & Transformation Projects
• Transform manual operations into standardized and scalable processes
• Lead selection, implementation, and improvement of WMS (Warehouse Management System) and related tools
• Collaborate with finance/accounting teams to enhance inventory and cost management accuracy
• Support establishment of new logistics hubs and sales channels

Organization Structure

Reporting Line: Executive Management Team

You will manage existing SCM members and lead the development of standardized processes, systems, and organizational structures.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in SCM, logistics, inventory management, or related functions within retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, or consumer businesses
• Management or leadership experience in driving operational improvements
• Experience designing and improving SCM processes, including inventory, logistics, and cost management
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to identify issues, structure problems, and execute improvement initiatives

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience implementing or replacing WMS or logistics-related systems
• Experience with inventory and cost management using ERP/core systems
• Understanding of accounting and financial management processes
• Experience in corporate planning, business transformation, or operational excellence roles
• Consulting experience in SCM/logistics transformation
• Data analysis skills using SQL, Python, GAS, or similar tools
• Experience leveraging generative AI to improve business processes and automation
