Head of Security, General Administration Service

Responsibilities:

• Section Leadership: Manage daily operations and strategic direction of the Security Section.
• Infrastructure Oversight: Supervise physical security systems (CCTV, alarms, fire prevention) across all bank properties.
• Policy & Collaboration: Design workplace security measures in partnership with internal departments.
• Threat Monitoring: Track crime trends/hazards and issue management alerts.
• Training & Awareness: Conduct staff training on protocols/emergencies and disseminate security updates.
• Incident Response: Handle security incidents and emergency callouts for all offices/branches.
• Risk & Compliance: Review SOPs, assess premises risks (including climate factors), and ensure fire safety/property safeguarding.
• Process Improvement: Continuously optimize security systems and operational efficiency.
• VIP Protection: Provide close protection services for VVIPs.

Requirements:

• Education: Level 5+ in Law Enforcement or Security Management.

• Training: VIP Protection and Criminal Investigation training preferred.

• Experience: 7+ years supervisory in law enforcement OR 10+ years in banking security.

• Background: Disciplinary services experience is advantageous.

• Technical: Expertise in fire safety, CCTV, and staff training.

• Legal: Familiarity with the judicial system.

• Certification: Valid Security Personnel Permit required.
