We're looking for a Head of Social Commerce to build and lead a brand-new Social Commerce department within 10XCREW. From the heart of our organization, you are the leader of the team, the orchestrator across departments and the face of social commerce towards clients and channels like TikTok. You know how creators, content, operations and data come together to make TikTok Shop a success for our clients.

Social commerce is growing fast. TikTok Shop has been live in the Netherlands since June 2026, and we already run TikTok Shops end-to-end for clients in Germany, backed by a direct partnership with TikTok. Now, we're scaling this into a full department. TikTok isn't a pure e-commerce channel: it's about brand, content and creators. That's why we're looking for someone who complements 10X's e-commerce expertise with a strong branding background and speaks the language of the brand and marketing managers at our clients. What will you do?

• Build the Social Commerce department: vision, proposition, way of working, team and budget.
• Own TikTok Shop operations for our clients: shop setup, product configuration, Fulfilled by TikTok and ongoing optimization.
• Build and lead a lean Creator & Influencer Management team and grow our network to >1,000 micro and nano influencers.
• Act as the linking pin between Operations, Performance and DDO, making sure all social commerce activities work as one.
• Select and steer external specialists for LIVE commerce production.
• Be the main contact for TikTok and build a pipeline of brands together with their NL/BE team.
• Be the sparring partner for brand and marketing managers at clients and prospects and sell TikTok as a brand channel, together with the Client Leads who bring the e-commerce expertise.
• Steer on KPIs such as GMV, margin and ROI per creator and per LIVE session, including the halo effect on Amazon, Bol and webshops.
• Keep a close eye on social commerce developments in the Netherlands and Europe and turn them into new opportunities.

Who are we looking for?

• A completed HBO or WO degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of experience in branding, (social) marketing or influencer marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Solid experience in branding or brand marketing; you speak the language of brand and marketing managers. TikTok Shop experience is not required, but an affinity with social media and creator content is.
• A strong network in, and feel for, creators and influencers.
• Experience building a team, proposition or department from scratch.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English. German is a plus.
• Commercially strong, data-driven and able to get people from different teams on board.
