I’m partnering with a high-growth technology company on a confidential Head of Engineering search.

We’re looking for a strong engineering leader who has built and scaled engineering teams and platforms in a startup / high-growth environment, with the ability to take a technology organisation to the next stage of growth.

The ideal person will have:

Strong software engineering fundamentals and a hands-on technical background
Experience scaling engineering teams, products and technology platforms
Proven track record in a startup / scale-up environment
Experience operating in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
Still technically hands-on and comfortable getting into architecture, code and technical decisions
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
