Job Responsibilities:

Build and lead a software organization starting with two engineers and growing toward ten
Own software engineering hiring, talent development, standards, SDLC, AI-assisted development practices, delivery quality, and resource allocation
Share major architecture decisions with the data architect and broader Technology leadership

Qualifications:

Management experience required; prior ownership of an entire engineering function preferred
Agentic coding expertise is non-negotiable
Regulated-industry experience required; financial services strongly preferred

Compensation: Salary: $175,000 – $250,000, Plus Bonus
