About Our Client A fast-growing consumer products company specializing in skincare, beauty, and personal care products.

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end operations across Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Procurement, and QA/QC functions.
• Develop and execute operational strategies, SOPs, KPIs, and performance standards aligned with business goals.
• Drive demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, capacity planning, and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Ensure product availability while minimizing stock shortages, excess inventory, slow-moving stock, and write-offs.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock controls, warehouse coordination, and inventory governance processes.
• Manage sourcing and procurement strategies, including supplier evaluation, performance management, and commercial negotiations.
• Champion quality management, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, inventory, quality, or related functions, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in inventory management, procurement, sourcing strategy, and supplier management.
• Experience with QA/QC processes, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance is highly preferred.
• Background in skincare, cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, retail, or other fast-moving consumer product industries is advantageous.
