Head of System Design (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to the System Design Team
• Maintain and further develop the team's capabilities and resources
• Coordinate system-level development and integration activities
• Conduct technical reviews and risk assessments
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on technical matters
• Ensure the effective implementation of verification and validation processes
• Support the definition and execution of R&D projects

Basic Qualification

• Degree in a technical field (e.g. Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering)
• Several years of experience in systems engineering and in leading technical teams
• In-depth knowledge of system architecture, integration, verification and validation
• Experience in managing complex development projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
