Overview The Head of Teaching & Learning will be a key member of the school s leadership team, responsible for shaping the academic vision and ensuring the highest standards of teaching across all phases. This role combines strategic oversight with hands on support, guiding curriculum development, assessment practices, and professional growth for staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a subject specialization (Master's preferred)
• PGCE, QTS, or equivalent international teaching license
• Minimum of 5-7 years teaching experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or middle management role
• Strong knowledge of international curricula (British, IB, or similar) and modern pedagogical approaches
• Evidence of ongoing training, workshops, or advanced study in educational leadership and instructional practice
• Ability to design, implement, and evaluate assessment systems to improve student outcomes
• Experience working in diverse, multicultural school environments
