Responsibilities

• Strategic thinking and vision for the future of online financial services.
• Strong understanding of digital product development, marketing, and customer experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration skills and Competency Mapping
• Clear understanding of ONLINE product offer to customer
• Identify the GAP between our Online App with competitor’s App. Get developed from vendor & implement.
• Design various brokerage slab looking to market competition.
• Designing a strategy for online client acquisition to meet the company’s annual target
• Designing of various contest / promotional offer throughout the year for end customer.
• Designing performance appraisal system & monitoring productivity
• Manage attrition & recruitment, ensure targets are achieved by team members
• Designing training program for various ONLINE products
• Design & conducting Customer Awareness / Training program for online App
• Design mkt. campaign to extensively promote ONLINE BUSINESS through digital media.
• Should possess strong skills in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development, with a proactive attitude toward setting up and leading teams, and should be technically sound.
