Job Title: Head Operations (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Location: Karnataka

Role Overview

Lead overall manufacturing plant operations for high-precision aerospace components, driving production targets, quality compliance, and shop-floor leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Direct plant production, machine utilization, scheduling, and on-time delivery.
• Precision Machining: Oversee multi-axis CNC machining of aerospace-grade materials (Titanium, Inconel, Aluminum) with micro-level tolerances.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to AS9100, NADCAP, and OEM quality standards.
• Shop-Floor Leadership: Manage production teams, vendor ecosystems, and local statutory bodies using Kannada for seamless communication.
• Process Optimization: Implement Lean/5S to boost OEE, reduce scrap, and control operational costs.

Requirements

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Experience: 15+ years in manufacturing, with 8+ years specifically in Aerospace high-precision machining.
• Language: Must be fluent in Kannada (essential for local labor and operational management).
• Skills: Expert in precision machining processes, AS9100 standards, CAPEX/OPEX planning, and team leadership.
