Head of Operations Bangalore

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to lead and optimize all aspects of our Security and Housekeeping services.

This senior role requires a strategic, results-driven leader who can ensure service excellence, operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations (Security & Housekeeping): Ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery and strict compliance with company standards.

Develop and enforce SOPs and processes: Standardize operations to achieve excellence and consistency across all services.

Manage stakeholder relationships: Build strong partnerships with clients and vendors to ensure exceptional satisfaction, high retention, and timely issue resolution.

Strategic planning & scalability: Define operational direction, design scalable service delivery models, and leverage technology to optimize performance.

Performance & financial management: Monitor key metrics and budgets; analyze data to maximize profitability (drive collections, reduce DSO/bad debts) and control operational costs.

Business growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to expand services and improve profitability.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, HR, Finance, and other teams to align operations with business objectives.

Team leadership: Build and mentor the operations leadership team; drive strong performance management, capability development, and a culture of accountability.

Compliance & safety: Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and regulatory standards across all operations.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: MBA or equivalent in Business/Operations Management (or any relevant degree).

Experience: 15+ years in operations or facility management (or related industry), including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. Proven expertise in SOP/process design and large-scale operational systems.

Leadership: Demonstrated success managing large teams and complex processes; strong people management background.

Additional Requirements

Eligibility: Age 35–45 years (male candidates preferred).

Physical & Travel: Physically fit, with willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours (including weekends).

Location: Based in Bangalore (Corporate Office).

Compensation

Gross Salary: 1,00,000 – 2,00,000 per month (based on experience).
