Head Operations

Role & responsibilities - Lead end-to-end factory operations for LV Switchgear Panel Building - Manage production of PCC, MCC, APFC and Synchronizing Panels - Plan production, manpower, shifts and resource allocation - Control operational budget, costs and P&L performance - Ensure on-time delivery, quality and safety compliance as per IEC standards - Lead team of Engineers, Supervisors, Wiremen and Technicians - Implement Lean, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives - Coordinate with Design, Stores, Procurement and Projects teams - Handle client technical discussions and project delivery - Report operational performance to senior management

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred candidate profile - Education: B.E / http://B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering - Experience: 10+ years in LV Switchgear / Panel Building, with 3-5 years as Head / Factory Manager / Operations Manager - Strong knowledge of busbar calculation, GA drawings, SLD and component selection (ABB, Schneider, Siemens) - Proven leadership in managing large shop-floor teams - Gulf / Middle East experience preferred - Willing to relocate to Muscat, Oman immediately
