Head- Operations-Multiple Plants-Auto Ancillary

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and drive end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple plants
• Deliver business targets relating to production, productivity, OEE, quality, cost and delivery.
• Drive operational excellence, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, environmental and customer-specific requirements.
• Partner closely with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D and Business teams to ensure seamless customer deliveries.
• Lead capacity planning, manufacturing strategy, automation and technology-upgradation initiatives.
• Develop and implement standardized manufacturing processes, systems and best practices across facilities.
• Drive cost optimization and productivity improvement without compromising quality or customer commitments.
• Lead operational transformation initiatives aligned with the company's growth and expansion plans.
• Ensure strong focus on customer satisfaction, delivery adherence and zero-defect manufacturing.
