JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for defining, developing & overseeing the implementation of product development and process engineering / manufacturing engineering strategy for the division.
Should have Experience in auto ancillary parts / components product development and process engineering function
Should have proven experience in managing multiple product development / process engineering projects
Should have experience in leading large teams across projects
Knowledge of Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Development Engineering, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Team management, Planning & Organizing
