Head Physical Therapist

Job Summary

StretchX is looking for a skilled and dedicated Head Physical Therapist to lead clinical service delivery and ensure the highest standards of assisted stretching, client care, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and basic movement and mobility assessments.
• Deliver safe, effective, and personalized one-on-one manual assisted stretching sessions.
• Develop individualized stretching programs based on client needs, physical conditions, and wellness goals.
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate client records.
• Identify potential contraindications and ensure appropriate safety precautions during sessions.
• Lead, guide, and provide technical support to branch Physical Therapists.
• Monitor therapist performance and ensure consistent quality of assisted stretching sessions.
• Coach and mentor team members on proper stretching techniques, client handling, and professional standards.
• Support onboarding, training, and skills development of newly hired Physical Therapists.
• Provide constructive feedback and recommend improvements in clinical practices.
• Address client concerns related to stretching sessions and clinical services.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, team efficiency, and overall client experience.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Must be a Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid PRC license.
• At least 5 year of relevant Physical Therapy experience.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, movement assessment, and manual therapy techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or team coordination capability.
• Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and attention to client safety.
• Passionate about wellness, movement, rehabilitation, and preventive care.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang or BGC on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
