Head Physical Therapist - Makati City

Qualifications:

Must be a Licensed Physical Therapist (PRC)
At least 3–5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage
Strong knowledge of physical therapy assessment and treatment
Experience in managing and supervising PT staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the Physical Therapy team
Conduct patient assessment and develop appropriate treatment plans
Ensure proper implementation of PT procedures and protocols
Monitor the performance and productivity of PT staff
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals

Pay: Php40,000.00 per month
