Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 15-25 years of progressive HR experience.
• Mandatory experience in Manufacturing / Industrial / Engineering organisations.
• Strong exposure to Plant HR and Factory HR operations.
• Must have hands-on experience in Greenfield Project / New Manufacturing Plant Set-Up.
• Strong knowledge of Factory Compliance, Labour Laws, and Statutory Requirements.
• Experience in implementing Government schemes related to skill development, apprenticeships, internships, and employment generation.
• Strong exposure to managing Apprentices and Internship programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and Government liaison skills.
• Ability to manage both blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
• Knowledge of the local language, Marathi, is mandatory.
• Strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills.

Education

• MBA / PGDM in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare or equivalent.
• Relevant qualifications in Labour Laws / Industrial Relations will be an added advantage.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Plant HR Head to lead the complete Human Resources function for a manufacturing facility in Talegaon, Pune. The incumbent will be responsible for setting up and managing HR systems for greenfield projects, ensuring statutory and factory compliance, workforce planning, employee relations, skill development, and implementation of relevant Government schemes.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in a manufacturing plant environment, including handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce requirements.
