- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product performance.
Job Requirements :
- 16-26 years of experience in engine development or a related field.
- Strong understanding of engine design principles, mechanics, and materials science.
- Proven track record in leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
