Role & responsibilities
Review for Manpower and Materials planning for (N+3 month) Ensure 100% on time Customer supply Review Safety stock as per norms to ensure zero delivery failure
Review of Supplier Part Planning (Domestic & Imports) Ensure Inventory Control as per defined norms (FG Parts) Inventory Control (RM & parts - Domestic & Imports) Material Flow Optimisation across plants Review for Non BOM Inventory control as per Norms Ensure Cost reduction Ensure Zero Customer Premium freight Provide support in recruitment, training and development of entire PPC team Functional Skill up gradation for team Ensure BEST target completion as per Group norms (Kaizen/QCC/TPS etc.) Kanban implementation Skill upgradation including Test and Certification/Qualification New DOJO set up, Periodic upgradation and regular maintenance
