Head Production Baker for Hello Kitty Cafe

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate superstar to join our team as a Head Baker and for the Hello Kitty Cafe in Chicago. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and presentation of our baked goods and food products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high volume pastry production.Must be able to lead and manage a team of bakers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
• Come up with new and exciting pastries and desserts centered around the Hello Kitty Brand of characters
• Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping, mixing, and measuring ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area to adhere to food safety regulations.

Skills

• Experience in Baking production and preparation within a culinary environment.
• Strong baking skills with an understanding of various pastry techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
