Roles and Responsibility

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and reduce costs.
• Manage and supervise a team of production staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of products.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with electronic manufacturing services (EMS) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
