Head Production Operations

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient use of resources and meet quality standards.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies to reduce waste, improve productivity, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control procedures, and industry standards.

Job Requirements :

• 20-25 years of experience in manufacturing management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and ISO 9001:2015 certification.
• Proven track record in improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing productivity in a fast-paced environment.
