Head Project Execution

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Preferably a Licensed Engineer
• Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Preferably with formal training in Project Management
• Ability to negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring compliance with legal and financial terms
• At least 10 years of experience in construction and project management
• Willing to be assigned in Anonas, Quezon City
• Work assignment may include Head Office, Satellite Offices, and Project Sites

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor project progress, oversee project finances, and ensure project quality
• Make strategic decisions and provide leadership and direction to Project Managers and Project Engineers in implementing project plans
• Meet with clients, stakeholders, Project Managers, and Project Engineers to discuss and report project progress
• Develop cost-effective plans to ensure timely and efficient project completion
• Manage project risks to minimize delays and potential reputational damage
• Liaise with clients and build strong working relationships
• Ensure that permits and required legal documents are secured ahead of project implementation
• Manage Project Managers and Project Engineers, enabling them to effectively supervise and manage their respective teams
