Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in Project Finance and Fund Raising
- Experience in debt syndication, banking relationships, and financial closures
- Strong exposure to Investor Relations and fund-raising activities
- Expertise in financial modelling, project feasibility, and capital planning
- Team management experience (4-5 members)
- Qualification: CS + CMA/Cost Accountant and/or MBA(Finance)
