Head Project Relations

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key project owners, developers, consultants, architects, contractors and institutional customers.
• Identify and build a strong pipeline of major infrastructure, real estate, industrial and institutional projects.
• Drive project business by engaging with decision-makers and key influencers at various stages of the project lifecycle.
• Develop and execute project-wise business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Ensure UltraTech products and solutions are specified and preferred in major projects through effective technical and commercial engagement.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical Services, RMC, Marketing and other internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, cement/concrete requirements, competition and market developments to identify business opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and develop commercially viable proposals for key accounts and projects.
• Build long-term strategic partnerships with key customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track project-wise sales, order pipeline, conversions and business potential through regular MIS and reviews.
• Resolve customer/project-related issues by coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to support business and strategic decision-making.
• Mentor and guide the project/key account team for effective relationship management and business conversion.
