We are seeking an experienced leader to take overall responsibility for project execution and operations across SunInfra’s portfolio.
Working directly with the Founder & CEO, you will lead teams, strengthen execution systems and drive accountability for delivery timelines, project profitability, quality, safety, complete project closure and operating asset performance.
Key responsibilities

- Complete technical and commercial closure: Ensure punch-list completion, performance testing, approvals and handover documentation. Prepare detailed project-wise techno-commercial closure reports, obtain relevant departmental sign-offs and client acknowledgement, and drive resolution of all outstanding matters.
- Lead operations and asset performance: Oversee O&M and AMC delivery, preventive maintenance, response timelines, plant performance, operating costs, warranties, spares and site security.
- Build teams and systems: Develop project managers, construction teams, site engineers, coordinators and O&M teams. Establish clear responsibilities, SOPs, dashboards and review routines.
- Manage stakeholders: Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, utilities and internal departments to resolve escalations and maintain clear communication.
