Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and company policies in API manufacturing.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in quality control processes.
- Develop and implement effective quality management systems to ensure product conformity to specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall process efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 16-25 years of experience in active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing or related field.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations and industry standards.
- Proven track record of implementing successful quality assurance programs in a fast-paced environment.
