Job Title: R&D Manager - Food Color, Synthetic Copper and Organic Chemistry

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead research and development initiatives for synthetic copper compounds and their applications.
• Oversee the development of food colorants based on phthalocyanine and other organic chemistry principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products from concept to market.
• Conduct experiments and analyze data to optimize synthesis processes and product formulations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all R&D activities.
• Mentor and train junior scientists and researchers in organic chemistry techniques.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• MSc/BSc/PhD in Organic Chemistry or a related field.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in R&D within the chemical or food industry, particularly with synthetic copper and food colorants.
• Familiarity with phthalocyanine chemistry and its applications.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and instrumentation relevant to organic chemistry.

Pay: ₹414,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
