Head - Sales & Marketing ( Diagnostics )

Role & responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience in Specialty Diagnostics Sales is mandatory.
• Proven experience in managing Sales & Business Development across multiple geographies in India.
• Strong exposure to B2B Sales, Hospital/Laboratory Management (HLM), and Doctor Referral Business.
• Established business and referral network across hospitals, laboratories, doctors, and healthcare institutions.
• Demonstrated success in revenue generation, market development, key account management, and achievement of sales targets.
• Strong capability in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India for business development, client engagement, and revenue growth.
• Candidates with relevant experience from leading diagnostic/specialty diagnostic organizations or competitors will be preferred.
• Hands-on business leader who can build markets, strengthen referral networks, scale the sales organization, and drive sustainable revenue growth

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate should have 15-20+ years of relevant experience in Diagnostic Services, with strong hands-on expertise in Specialty Diagnostics Sales and a proven track record of driving business growth across multiple geographies in India.
