Head Sales and Operations- Engineering Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve organizational goals for revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (e.g., automotive, aerospace, energy, etc.).
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
• Drive customer engagement from prospecting through to contract closure and delivery handover.
• Work closely with marketing and pre-sales teams to develop customized client proposals and value propositions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of engineering capabilities, delivery models, and competitive landscape.
• Manage and mentor the sales team, setting KPIs, goals, and ensuring performance against targets.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Operations:

• Operation and utilization efficiency of projects
• Program management lead
• Sales target and leading the customer engagements and internal mapping of revenue
• Customer interfaces with KAM
• MOR report out
• Interface with BU other TACO synergy projects

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in engineering; MBA preferred.
• 20 years of experience in sales and business development within engineering services, technology domains such as CAD, CAE, thermal, electrical, and embedded systems. Expertise in offering innovative solutions to complex design engineering challenges across a diverse range of industries.
• Demonstrated ability to win large, multi-year contracts.
