What they need
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, sales volume, and profitability targets for the company’s tyre business.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate the sales team to strengthen performance and achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Set sales targets by territory and account, monitor progress, and implement action plans to address performance gaps.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer, distributor, and corporate customer network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners to support long-term business growth.
- Conduct regular field visits to support the sales team, understand customer needs, and assess market opportunities.
- Lead commercial negotiations on pricing and payment terms within company policies and approval limits.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies and market positioning.
- Prepare sales forecasts, manage the sales pipeline, and present performance reports and recommendations to management.
- Ensure accurate and timely customer data, visit reports, and sales opportunity updates in Salesforce.
- Coordinate with Product, Technical, Marketing, and Logistics teams to support product availability, customer satisfaction, and sales execution.
- Work closely with Finance to monitor receivables, follow up on overdue payments, and manage customer credit exposure.
