Head Sales ( Region )

We are looking for an experienced Head Sales to lead our national/regional sales team and drive the company’s business growth. This position requires a strategic leader capable of designing and executing sales strategies, developing the team, and building strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement national/regional sales strategies.
• Lead and grow the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
• Analyze market trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate across departments to support sustainable business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
• Proven track record in leading national/regional sales teams.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and experienced with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
