As a Head Server,you support the management team in delivering a strong guest experience. You lead by example on the floor,support the team,and help maintain high standards throughout. This is a great role for someone ready to step towards management and deepen their understanding of how we curate incredible guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a section and support the wider team
• Help train and develop junior team members
• Maintain high standards across service and presentation
• Support managers in delivering well-organised shifts
• Handle guest queries confidently and professionally
• Set the tone on the floor through energy and example

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience as a Server in a restaurant environment
• Confidence supporting and guiding other team members
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Someone who wants to progress into management

What to Expect

• Competitive pay:£12.75 per hour plus tronc total package usually between £12.75 to £16.50 per hour. Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
