Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Server to lead our front-of-house team and elevate the dining experience for our guests. As a key leader in our hospitality environment, you will oversee daily service operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage staff to deliver seamless, memorable meals. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house team to ensure efficient and friendly service during all shifts
• Lead staff training on food presentation, customer service protocols, POS systems, and food safety standards
• Oversee food preparation processes in collaboration with kitchen staff to maintain quality and consistency
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and POS system operations
• Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards across all service areas
• Support staff development through coaching, performance feedback, interviewing new team members, and managing team training initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a focus on AYCE dining
• Demonstrated supervisory or management experience within the food industry, including team leadership and hospitality management
• proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
• Familiarity with food safety managemen and food handling procedures
• Excellent communication skills for managerial communication, staff training, customer service excellence, and supervising teams
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a high-energy environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences through leadership in food service management and culinary excellence

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
