We are looking for a skilled, positive, and motivated Head Spa Specialist to join our team! We welcome experienced licensed aestheticians and hairstylists who are passionate about hair care, scalp health, massage, and providing a luxurious client experience.

This position is ideal for someone who loves working with hair, enjoys helping clients feel relaxed and confident, and is motivated to grow their clientele within a professional spa environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a hairstylist, hair professional, or licensed aesthetician.
• Must be confident in blow-drying hair and creating beautiful, polished blowout styles.
• Must have experience performing facial massages, scalp massages, and general relaxation massage techniques.
• Must genuinely enjoy working with hair and be interested in scalp care and head spa treatments.
• Must be friendly, welcoming, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients.
• Must be a positive team player who is willing to support coworkers and contribute to a smooth-running spa.
• Must be willing to pick up on-call shifts when needed and work with management to establish a consistent schedule.
• Must understand that building a clientele takes time, consistency, and initiative. You are expected to help grow your own clientele and maintain client relationships.
• Must be reliable, punctual, organized, and committed to providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Perform relaxing and professional head spa and scalp treatments.
• Provide scalp massages, facial massages, and relaxation massage techniques.
• Wash, care for, and blow-dry clients’ hair, including creating professional blowout styles.
• Deliver an exceptional, personalized experience for every client.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, hygienic, and welcoming spa environment.
• Clean and sanitize treatment stations, tools, and equipment between clients.
• Work collaboratively with the team and assist with daily spa operations when needed.
• Help retain existing clients, encourage rebooking, and actively build a loyal clientele.
• Maintain a positive attitude and uphold our spa’s professional standards.

Compensation & Scheduling

• You keep your tips.
• Flexible scheduling with the opportunity to establish consistent shifts.
• On-call availability and willingness to pick up additional shifts are required.
