• Be an essential part of a 3 person classroom teaching team.
• Assist in the development and delivery of lessons that are in accordance with the program’s curriculum
• Create positive, child-directed learning environments
• Observe and record an assessment of children’s growth, development, and behavior
• Work in a family atmosphere, as part of a team that goes above and beyond for each other and the children we serve

Work Weeks Per Year: 44 Classification: Non-Exempt

Pay and Hours

Salary: $19.50-$21.50 based on qualifications Hours per week: 35 Weeks per year : 44 Weeks Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications Qualifications:

• A Valid driver’s license.
• An understanding of young children and low-income families, and an appreciation of parents as the primary educators of their children.

Toddler Position:

• A minimum I/T or Preschool CDA, associate degree in early childhood education, or associate with related coursework in early childhood development.
• At least one year of experience working with young children, preferably in an infant/toddler setting.
