About the role
The Head Store is responsible for the day-to-day management of the store, including staff management, customer service, inventory management, and sales improvement. The Store Manager acts as a company representative in front of customers and business partners.

- Ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the store according to company standards
- Analyze sales data
- Coordinate daily operational needs
- Lead a team and interact with customers
About you
- Diploma degree
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a related field
- Skills in customer service
- Store management skills
- Teamwork ability
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office
- Public speaking ability
- Experience in store operational management, sales, and AI systems is a plus
