- Provide product information, consultation, and best service to meet customer needs
- Develop sales strategy and create daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Conduct sales transactions, manage cash, bank deposits, and petty cash administration
- Manage and maintain store inventory and company assets
- Take responsibility for strategic decisions to be implemented in the store
- Take responsibility for staff development in the store
