Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute growth strategies for the company's BFSI vertical, focusing on digital transformation and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business strategy development, P&L management, and corporate strategy implementation.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on key initiatives such as GTM planning, market expansion, and M&A opportunities.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in management consulting or a related field (e.g., fintech).
- Strong background in developing business strategies for BFSI companies undergoing digital transformation.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through innovative solutions.
- Experience working closely with CXOs at large organizations.
