Head, Strategy Execution and Operations

To make sure Velez College's strategic plan turns into real, measurable results. Velez College has set out nine institutional strategies and a cascade of departmental action plans. Your job is to drive their delivery: bring all strategic initiatives into one prioritized portfolio, help departments plan and deliver their commitments, keep cross-departmental work moving, and give the President and executive team a clear, honest view of progress.

You will also lead the operations function, so that strategic projects and day-to-day operations run on one schedule, one budget view, and one set of priorities. Strategy-setting remains with the President and executive team; you own execution, integration, and reporting.

Required

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Educational Leadership or Management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience, including at least 3 years in a management role leading strategy execution, a project management office, or institutional operations.
• Strong skills in portfolio and project management, KPI and scorecard design, budgeting and capital planning, and dashboard reporting.
• Ability to lead through influence across academic and administrative units, and to make and defend clear recommendations to senior leadership.
• Clear, concise communication in English and Filipino.

Preferred

• Doctorate degree.
• Experience in a Philippine higher education institution; exposure to PAASCU or CHED requirements.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification; training in Balanced Scorecard, OKRs, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Working knowledge of school information systems and digital transformation projects.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
