Head Technology Delivery

We are partnering with a leading global Banking organization to hire a Head of Technology Delivery to lead enterprise-wide technology delivery, transformation, and execution across complex business and technology portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology delivery across large-scale transformation programs.
• Drive execution excellence using Agile, Scaled Agile (SAFe), Lean, Six Sigma, and Change Management methodologies.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to deliver strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Build and lead high-performing technology delivery teams across multiple geographies.
• Drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives to improve delivery efficiency, automation, and business outcomes.
• Ensure governance, risk management, quality assurance, and successful program execution.

Required Experience

• 20+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Professional Services, Financial Services, or Wealth Management.
• Proven leadership of large-scale technology transformation and delivery programs.
• Strong expertise in Scaled Agile (SAFe), Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Project & Change Management.
• Experience leading global teams and managing senior business stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI Transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
• Excellent people leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities.
