As a Head Teller, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional banking experiences for our customers. You’ll lead by example, support your team’s growth, and help us live our mission of Making More Possible. What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise the Teller team, assigning daily responsibilities and overseeing performance.
• Handle personnel tasks including scheduling, approving timesheets, conducting interviews, and completing performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate processing of deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions in line with bank policies.
• Maintain compliance through routine audits and adherence to procedures.
• Manage branch cash operations, including vault and ATM balancing and currency orders.
• Foster a positive, growth-oriented environment through clear communication and effective delegation.
• Support customers and team members with professionalism and care.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Or three years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least two years of customer service experience.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, team-focused mindset with a knack for motivating others.

• Full-time role (40 hours/week)
• Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays
• Competitive pay ranging from $18.50 - $22.42 hourly (may vary based on experience)
• Annual bonus eligibility (1.5%–3% of salary based on performance)
