Head - Transmission Line

Key Responsibilities

• Business Leadership: Lead and oversee the overall Transmission Line business in Saudi Arabia, driving business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term profitability.
• Project Execution: Manage end-to-end execution of HV/EHV transmission line projects, preferably at 380 kV and above, covering engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• P&L Management: Assume full P&L responsibility, including revenue generation, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, cost control, and profitability.
• Project Planning & Control: Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with SEC, National Grid Saudi Arabia, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Commercial & Contract Management: Oversee contract administration, claims, variations, change orders, commercial negotiations, and contractual risk mitigation.
• Resource Optimization: Lead project managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring effective workforce planning, resource allocation, productivity, and utilization.
• HSE & Quality Compliance: Ensure adherence to Saudi regulations, client specifications, international standards, quality requirements, and health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Risk & Operational Management: Identify and mitigate project, commercial, financial, and execution risks while resolving critical operational challenges.
• Strategic Growth: Support business development initiatives, identify new project opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and expand the organization's market presence in Saudi Arabia.
