Head Waiter – FULL TIME, PERMANENT

£18 - £19p/h inc tronc

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Senior Waiter or Chef de Rang in a reputable restaurant or hotel setting
• A warm, friendly approach and genuine passion for looking after guests
• Confidence running a section and supporting smooth, well-organised service
• Good food and drink knowledge, with the curiosity to keep learning
• Clear communication and a positive, supportive team attitude
• Ability to stay calm, organised and professional during busy services
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high standards
• Confidence supporting and guiding junior members of the team
• A hands-on approach and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed

This role would suit someone who is confident on the floor, proud of great service and excited to be part of a brand-new rooftop opening in London.
