The Role

As a Head Waiter / Head Waitress, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will deliver attentive, professional, and personalized service, reflecting the high standards of Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality will help ensure that every guest enjoys an outstanding meal from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve dishes in a timely manner
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage selections to provide recommendations
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and organization in line with 5-star service standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly, maintaining a positive and professional attitude
• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety regulations
• Support team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills with a warm, approachable personality
• A passion for hospitality and guest service
• A team spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of Greek or other languages (such as German or French) is highly desirable.
• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a luxury resort or fine dining environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of PDA
